Shapewear is hard to buy online, and compression makes sizing harder still. If the piece you ordered is not right, send it back within 30 days of it arriving.
30-day returns on eligible US orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition.
Optional prepaid returns and exchanges — $2.99
At checkout you can add Prepaid Returns & Exchanges for $2.99. It is never pre-selected. The fee buys prepaid return-label coverage for eligible US returns and exchanges — we email you a prepaid label instead of you paying to post the item back. It is not a refund of anything, and it does not make your order or your original shipping charge refundable.
Added it? We email you a prepaid label, and size exchanges are covered both ways, subject to availability. Once an eligible return is received and approved, the full item price is refunded to your original payment method. The $2.99 coverage fee and any original shipping charges are not refundable.
Skipped it? You can still return within 30 days — you just cover the postage back to us, and exchanges cost $7.99 to ship the new size out. Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt. CYRA is not responsible for customer-paid returns that are lost or damaged before they reach us.
Something arrived damaged or wrong? Email us within 7 days at hello@cyrashape.com. We fix it completely — replacement or full refund including original shipping, no charge, coverage or not.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability and are for another size of the same item. If the requested size is unavailable, we will contact you and process the return under the applicable refund terms. To change to a different product or color, return the original item and place a new order.
What we need from you
Unworn, unwashed, tags still attached, in its original packaging. Try it on over your own underwear, the way you would in a fitting room. We cannot accept anything worn beyond that. There is no restocking fee.
How it works
- Open your order confirmation email and click View your order
- Choose Return items
- Confirm your email address with a one-time code — there is no password to create
- Pick the items, tell us what went wrong, and submit
No account setup is required. We usually review return requests within one business day. If you bought prepaid coverage, your label arrives by email once the request is approved — follow the carrier instructions on your prepaid label and keep your drop-off receipt.

International orders
Orders shipped outside the United States are final sale — international return shipping costs more than we can absorb honestly at our size, and we would rather say so before you buy than after.
Duties, taxes and customs fees are your responsibility and are not refundable by us.
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, that is still on us and we will fix it without asking you to ship anything back.
Before you order, email hello@cyrashape.com with your waist measurement and what you plan to wear it under. We will tell you honestly which piece and size to order.
How long it takes
We inspect returns within 3 business days of arrival and refund the same day it is approved. Your bank takes another 5–10 business days to show it.
Where to send your return
Once your return is approved, we’ll email the return address and carrier instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving authorization, as unapproved returns may be delayed or refused.
