Shapewear is hard to buy online, and compression makes sizing harder still. If the piece you ordered is not right, the terms below apply.
U.S. orders
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days in accordance with CYRA’s Refund Policy.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Try it on over your own underwear, the way you would in a fitting room. We cannot accept anything worn beyond that. There is no restocking fee.
International orders
Orders shipped outside the United States are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes orders shipped to Canada.
Duties, taxes and customs fees are your responsibility and are not refundable by us.
Return shipping
You arrange and pay to ship the item back to us. Exchanges cost $7.99 to ship the new size out. Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt — CYRA is not responsible for customer-paid returns that are lost or damaged before they reach us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability and are for another size of the same item. If the requested size is unavailable, we will contact you and process the return under the applicable refund terms. To change to a different product or color, return the original item and place a new order.
Something arrived damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days at hello@cyrashape.com with your order number and a photo. That one is on us, wherever you are — replacement or full refund including original shipping, at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Open your order confirmation email and click View your order
- Choose Return items
- Confirm your email address with a one-time code — there is no password to create
- Pick the items, tell us what went wrong, and submit
No account setup is required. We usually review return requests within one business day.

How long it takes
We inspect returns within 3 business days of arrival and refund the same day it is approved. Your bank takes another 5–10 business days to show it.
Where to send your return
Once your return is approved, we’ll email the return address and carrier instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving authorization, as unapproved returns may be delayed or refused.
